Dr. Sarder Uddin serves as the Director of Administration for Candorinsight LLC, where he spearheads operational efficiency and resource optimization. As a pivotal link between Accounting, HR, IT, and Client Services, Dr. Uddin leads high-impact internal projects, including large-scale implementations and new property onboarding. He oversees the daily operations of asset acquisition, management, and quality control, while managing the firm’s commercial portfolio of franchise, retail, and industrial assets.

A member of the Executive Management Team, Dr. Uddin contributes to future-focused initiatives through the Investor Welfare Association (IWA), Next Leadership Groups (NLG), and the Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Council (IDEC). He brings extensive expertise in real estate syndication, legal formation, and construction supervision. Dr. Uddin holds a Ph.D. from Yamaguchi University, Japan—where he received the prestigious Dean’s Award—and has a distinguished background in global academic research, including 50 published scientific articles and numerous international fellowships.
